History
- The group was established when it began its City Gas service in 1950.
- Later it began to diversify its daily life services into the LP gas, household equipment, bridal, information and communication (ISP, etc., CATV, Aqua (bottled water), nursing care, and other businesses.
- It became a holding company on its Sixtieth anniversary on April 1, 2011.
